Planned & Preventative Maintenances

Quanta Controls follows the BSRIA BMS Maintenance Guide as a minimum approach to BEMS maintenance and our standard service package exceeds these guidelines significantly.

Energy metering and sub-metering can help to accurately identify the areas in which energy is not being used efficiently and can also help highlight potential faults in equipment and control strategy before they occur. By understanding how your building consumes energy, further recommendations can be made and implemented to reduce this consumption and immediately witness the benefits. Most of these solutions can utilise the existing BEMS system to give cost effective visual representation of your buildings energy consumption.
For multi-tenant buildings, sub-metering can help accurately charge individual tenants for the actual energy they use and as these values can be viewed at the click of a button manual meter reading is eliminated.
