Planned & Preventative Maintenances

Energy bills can be 15-35% lower in well controlled buildings; therefore an ongoing and efficient maintenance regime is essential for the optimum control of your building services. We tailor the content of our service regimes for each customer to suit their energy consumption needs by time settings, staff presence or external conditions. 

We will visit your site and provide continued system efficiency by undertaking performance tests on the control equipment installed on your sites. We will then optimise the performance of the controlled system with regard to comfort, cost-effectiveness and even environmental impact. 

Our planned maintenance service helps to minimise issues, defects and problems which will prolong the life expectancy of your hardware. Quanta Controls follows the BSRIA BMS Maintenance Guide as a minimum approach to BEMS maintenance and our standard service package exceeds these guidelines significantly.

Quanta Controls Ltd employs a team of highly skilled engineers who are able to work on many of the top state of the art systems but also many of the lesser known smaller systems. This allows us to find and resolve the problem quickly and restore your system back to its optimal working capacity. 

Quanta Controls Ltd pride ourselves on our quick response times to emergencies and call outs. We have our standard response times however we understand that no building or business is exactly the same and so we can agree upon a service level agreement and set of KPIs that you need us to adhere to.

Energy Meters & Monitoring

Quanta Controls Ltd can advise and install an energy metering package for your building or project. Energy metering and sub-metering can help to accurately identify the areas in which energy is not being used efficiently and can also help highlight potential faults in equipment and control strategy before they occur. By understanding how your building consumes energy, further recommendations can be made and implemented to reduce this consumption and immediately witness the benefits. Most of these solutions can utilise the existing BEMS system to give cost effective visual representation of your buildings energy consumption. 

For multi-tenant buildings, sub-metering can help accurately charge individual tenants for the actual energy they use and as these values can be viewed at the click of a button manual meter reading is eliminated.
